Terms of Use & Refund Policy

In the event Mastering the Art is compelled to cancel a class/ event/ holiday, the customer is eligible to a full refund and the terms set out below are wavered. In circumstances where the customer cancels, the terms set out below are applicable to classes, workshops/ events -

35 days or more before start date/ event - 100% refund (minus 10% administration cost)

34 - 24 days before start date/event - 75% refund

25 - 20 days before the start date/event - 50% refund

21 - 14 days before the start date/event - 25% refund

15 days before the start date/event - No refund

If a customer cancels a holiday with us, we exercise an industry standard policy in which a 25% non refundable deposit is included within the cost. That is to say, if a customer decides to cancel a holiday, we will retain at least 25% of the purchase price.

Ordinarily, the refund policy for individual holidays is set out on the product page. The refund policy for holidays is often tailored which means that in many cases, refund policies between holidays may differ. For this reason, please read the refund policy set out on the product page of any holiday for full details.

Please note, all refunds may take between 5 - 10 business days to reach your account. This time delay is not due to Yorkshire Community Learning, it is simply the time it takes for third party payment processors to send the money to your account.
